.All aboard Llama Lovers!!!
Come hop aboard the Hobo Train for the 2nd annual
Connecticut Hobo Show. The show will once again be held at the Durham
Fairgrounds in Durham, CT. on April 29th & 30th. We are so excited
that this year we were able to procure the Large Cow Barn for our show!!!
We once again promise you a great time with your llamas and a chance to see
many of your old friends and meet new ones. For many its the first
show of the season and we can't think of a better way to start the show
season off...No Grooming!!! What could be better than that???
We have made a few changes to the show this year,
some based on the many positive comments we heard from last year.
First and foremost is better access to the facilities and a faster food
vendor! We are planning a jackpot and a Saturday night Hobo Dinner.
We are again asking for sponsors, either show or class. If you cannot
sponsor, please consider donating an item for the raffle or advertising your
farm in the event book. This year's raffle proceeds will be sent to
the Montana Animal Sanctuary.
Sponsorships are as follows:
Gold $100
Silver $50
Class $25
All Gold and Silver sponsorships will receive a 1/2
page ad in the event book and Class a business card ad.
Event book advertising:
Full Page $40
1/2 Page $25
Business Card $10
Please have all advertising printer ready.
Look for your entry form and other show information
in February. In the meantime, should you have any questions please
contact one of the committee members above.
The train whistle's a blowing and we are looking
forward to seeing you this year at the Hobo Train Station!
